Shrines
There are 152 shrines in Tears of the Kingdom: 120 on the Surface and 32 on the sky islands. Each one completed gives you a Light of Blessing; take four to a Goddess Statue to trade them for a Heart Container or a Stamina Vessel. Directly below every Surface shrine, a Lightroot in the Depths lights up the area around it, and its name is the shrine's name spelled backwards.
The shrines below are grouped by region. Click map next to any shrine to see exactly where it is on our interactive map. Some shrines are hidden until you complete a shrine quest, which is noted below each one; most of these involve carrying a glowing crystal to the shrine's location. Shrines with a "Rauru's Blessing" trial have no puzzle inside: the challenge is reaching them.
