Anti-Fairy

Anti-Fairy

Anti-Fairies are found in dungeons and caves. They will bounce around from wall to wall in hopes of hitting you. If you get hit, it will take away some of your magic.

Archer

Archers

These knights will generally run away from you and pause to fire an arrow. You can block these with your shield.

Armos Knight

Armos Knights

These statues are posted around Hyrule. When you touch them, they will spawn to life. A few shots will take them out.

Beamos

Beamos

These statues usually guard treasures. It will circle the vacinity looking for trespassers, and if one is seen it will fire an imense beam at them. Avoid being caught in its vision. 

BeeGood Bee

Bees

Bees can be an enemy and a friend. If you cut a bush and find a bee, it will attack you. If you bottle one, and release it, it will attack an enemy. Try it out on Ganon. 

Bomb Knights

Bomb Knights

Bomb Knights will stand atop Hyrule Castle and throw bombs at Link. They can do quite some damage, so avoid these.

Bari

Bari

The Bai are simple creatures. They have the power of electrocution, so beware when you attack. The red Buri will split into small Buri when attacked, which still have electrical powers. 

Chasupa

Chasupa

These are found in the Dark World. It is an eye with wings. When you approach them, they will fly and attack you. They are easily defeated.

Crow

Crow

This small black bird can be found sitting atop cliffs and trees waiting for you to walk by. Easy to get rid of, but annoying. 

Deadrock

Deadrock

Deadrocks are found on the tops of Death Mountain. Once hit, they will turn into stone. You can sprinkle magic powder on them to turn them into a destroyable creature.

Eyegore

Eyegore

Cyclops are common in dungeons. They are dormant until you approach them. When they wake, they will charge at you. Its weak spot is obviously its eye, which is vunerable to arrows or pots.

Flying Floor Tile

Flying Tile

These tiles can be found in numerous dungeons. They are influenced under evil power to lift and fly at Link. Once they are all lifted, a pattern will be left of the face symbolizing Ganon.

Freezor

Freezor

These creatures can be found in arctic areas. They are at first, stuck into the wall. Once you approach them, they work their way free and charge you. You will need the firerod or Bombos to defeat them.

Geldman

Geldman

These golden sand men will periodically surface from the desert sand to attack Link. They are easy to avoid and kill. 

Gibdo

Gibdo

These mummies are found in alot of dungeons. They are prone to fire, so your choice of weaponry should be the fire rod or bombos.

Gibo

Gibo

These blobs will roam around the Dark World dungeons. Contact will do some damage to you. You can kill it by using the hookshot to extract its center, and attack it with the sword. You can also wait for it to seperate itself. 

Goriya

Goryia

The Goriya will mimic Links movements. If you turn and face the red Goriya, they will shoot a beam at you. You must trick them into walking into arrows or throw pots at them.

Helmasaur

Helmasaur

These armored creatures are annoying. Throw a pot at it, or perform a spin attack to successfully destroy it, with ease. Regular sword attacks will have no effect, except for pushing it away.

Hinox

Hinox

Hinox are giant, powerful creatures. They will throw bombs at Link and take a few hits to kill. Arrows will also do some damage to them. 

Hokkubokku

Hokkubokku

Hokkubokkus are usually hiding beneath the ground. Once you hit them, a body part will spring off him and bounce off walls and surroundings and could come back and hit Link! So be careful of his ricochet!

Kodondo

Kodondo

These small guys are found in many dungeons. They will run around, and pause to shoot a stream of fireballs. You can just ignore these guys.

Ku

Ku

Ku take the place of the Zora, in the Dark World. They are water dwelling enemies that will spit fire at you. Avoid and ignore them.

Kyune

Kyune

These take the place of the Crows in the Dark World. They will fly around in hopes of hitting Link. They are easy to dispose of, just hit them with the sword.

Leever

Leever

The leever will surface from the soils to attack. It is a simple creature, and is easy to defeat.

Like-Like

Like-Like

These will wander the Dark World searching for food. Link is naturally a target for this creature. A few sword strikes will eliminate this threat.

Lynel

Lynel

These creatures live atop the mountain in the Dark World. They are very strong and will fire powerful blasts at you, which can be blocked with the Mirror Shield.

Octaballoon

Octaballoon

These are small critters that have a large torso. They hover into the air when approached, and pop to release several spawns. You can find one in the southeastern edges of Hyrule.

Octorok

Octorok

Octoroks are a very common enemy in any Zelda game. They shoot rocks from their snouts, and are generally a quick moving enemy.

Pengator

Pengator

These can be found in the 5th dungeon of the Dark World. They will slide on the ice to attack you. When outnumbered, use the Bombos. It will take care of everything the easy way.

Poe

Poe

The poe dwell in the graveyards of Hyrule. They are said to be lost souls that cannot rest. They are better left ignored. 

Popo

Popo

These blue and red tentacle plant will move around slowly. They are easily eliminated, and are found in many dark world dungeons.

Rat

Rat

Rats are found in dungeon basements and dark, damp places. They are quick moving enemies, and are very weak. They can be annoying in numbers.

Ropa

Ropa

The Ropa are like the Popos, except they have a green sac beneath them that they occupy. They will leap at Link in hopes of hitting him. Hit them with the sword to kill them.

Swamola

Swamola

Sandmola will sit around in sand pits until Link draws near. It will reach out to grab you, dragging you into its sand. You can avoid these guys easily, or just attack them with your sword.

Stal

Stal

Stal can be found almost everywhere in the Dark World. If you touch them, they will come to life, leaping at you. A few simple swings of the sword will finish them off.

Stalrope

Stalrope

These are the skeletal snakes found in the Dark World. They act the same as ropes, so just attack them with your sword.

Stalfos

Stalfos

These skeletons will wander the depths of dungeons. Blue stalfos wont avoid your attacks, while the red ones will leap away. If you miss them, they will throw a bone at you.

Stalfos King

Stalfos King

These stalfos are much larger than its smaller counterparts. Once hit, they will fall apart, leaving you ample time to lay a bomb on them.

Tektite

Tektite

These spider-like creatures will take leaps at you. They look similar to the original Gohma. You can defeat them with a number of methods.

Tendoru

Tendoru

Same as the Crow, but looks different. It will fly circles around you when you pass by it in the desert.

Toppo

Toppo

These evil incarnates can be found in the Dark World. They are easily defeated. 

Wallmaster

Wallmaster

These annoying hands will come from the walls and drop from the ceilings in an attempt to grab you. If Link is caught, he will be taken back to the beginning of the dungeon.

Wizzrobe

Wizzrobes

Wizzrobes are found in Dark World dungeons. They will disappear and reappear at will, and will fire a poweful attack. They can be defeated by sword, but bombos works the best.

Zazakku

Zazakku

Zazakku will wander the Dark World dungeons. The blue ones are easy to defeat. The red ones will fire energy blasts at random, so be careful.

Zol

Zol

Zol are blob like creatures. They are very easy to defeat and pose no real threat to Link.

Zora

Zora

Zora dwell in the waters of Hyrule. They can spit fire and emerge from their watery homes to attack you. If you strike them, they will compress. You can either lift it or kill it.
