Spells

The Adventure of Link was the first Zelda game to feature a set of magic consuming spells and weapons. These spells are all very useful and will make your adventure through this Zelda title much easier once you have obtained them all. You will find a comprehensive list of their locations and how to obtain them.

	Jump Spell In the Town of Ruto you can get the jump spell. You must first get the Trophy. It will allow Link to jump higher than ever before.
	Life This spell takes alot of magic, but will replenish three bars of health. Very handy in boss battles, or when you get ambushed. This spell is found in the town of Saria.
	Fairy You can use this to fly over lava pits or fly through doors. This spell is found in Mido Town.
	Fire You can use this spell to throw fireballs. It can defeat enemies easily. This spell is found in Nabooru Town.
	Reflect This spell will help you reflect fireball attacks from enemies. This will come in handy when you fight bosses that shoot fireballs, and is needed to defeat certain enemies. This spell is found in Darunia Town.
	Shield This spell will cut your damage by half and turn your tunic red. It is found in the town of Rauru. This spell is needed to defeat certain bosses. This spell is found in Rauru Town.
	Spell This spell will turn most enemies into bots. Once changed, they are easier to kill. Bots are small blob like enemies. Refer to the Enemies section.  This spell is found in New Kasuto.
	Thunder You get this from an old man in Old Kasuto. It is used well on bosses like Thunderbird. This spell is found in Deserted Kasuto.
	Down Thrust You get this from the church in the town of Mido. This gives you the ability to to perform downward thrusts.
	Up Thrust Similiar to the Down Thrust, except now it's an Up Thrust. This can be found in one of the chimneys of a house in Darunia where a Knight lives.
